Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

Prepare Your Package

Place the insoles in their original packaging and secure them in a sturdy shipping box to prevent damage during transit.

Print and Attach Label

Download your prepaid shipping label from the portal, print it out, and clear-tape it firmly to the outside of your return package.

Drop Off and Track

Hand your package to the designated carrier and keep your tracking receipt; once received at our warehouse, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days.
